WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

As an HVAC Technician on our team, you will need to be able to provide world-class service to our clients while going into their homes to make repairs, complete installs, and sell equipment. You also work closely with the office personnel and Warehouse Manager to ensure maximum scheduling and equipment supply to get the job done right the first time! If you can do this and meet the following requirements, we would be excited to have you join us!

• 4 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Current valid driver’s license
• Comfortability with the service to the sales process.
• Analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting abilities
• Customer service skills
• Knowledge of North DFW cities
• Have your own basic tools (a plus!)
